I have never been sitting on the back of a horse, but I believe doing this at the spansih riding school in Vienna, this would be the most amazing thing a horserider could do.
If you are visiting the EWBC conference in Vienna you might go and have a look at the beauty of the horses and the spanish riding school. If not go and check this video!

OK, Mr Radetzky is as far as I know not really coming from Vienna, but the march, composed by Mr Johann Strauss I and named after Mr. Radetzky was first time played in Vienna, enough to qualify for Winzerblogs ewbc special “Vienna calling”

Well, for me there are only two cakes in the world worth to be mentioned in this Blog. This are the Black Forest cake and the Sachertorte.
So if you think about visiting the European Wine Bloggers Conference 2010 you should also consider a visit of the Cafe Sacher to give this delicous tart a try. You will never forget it 
Mrs. Elisabeth Gürtler-Mauthner, the managing director of the Hotel Sacher has said once:
“Champagner goes very well with Sachertorte”
She might be right, but maybe we should make some nice foodpairing events by our own like “which wine and sparkling goes best with Sachertorte?
